Oil Field

The commonly used three-phase asynchronous motor in oil fields has an ideal efficiency of about 90%, and most of them have a power factor of less than 0.4 and a load rate of less than 30%, resulting in serious power waste. The working load of the electric motor used in the pumping unit is a periodic alternating load with impact, which does not match the working characteristics of a universal electric motor designed and manufactured according to a constant load. The mechanical characteristics of a universal electric motor are hard features, and its speed does not change much with the load during operation. However, the alternating load of the pumping unit increases the electric loss of the motor. In addition, the selected pumping unit does not match the actual needs, which reduces the efficiency of the entire machine.
